NintendoWorldReport

Even when it borrows ideas from Wii Fit, it does enough on its own to make it a compelling package that complements Wii Fit very well. If you’ve played Wii Fit a lot and want to discover something different, Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout is definitely worth a look.

Gamervision

For me, someone who tries to exercise as regularly as possible, it was something refreshing and new, and I’ll definitely keep it up; also, the discounted $30 price point is more than a fair deal for the hours of exercise you will get out of it.

Daniel O gave it an8:
Gold's Gym Cardio Workout is a very good and physically challenging game. I've played it for about 8 days now. The good- Makes you sweat Great Boxing routines and makes up a program for every time u workout Can change trainers and music for each work outs You can use the Wii Balance Board Boxing exams to maximize technique and skill Has a shop to buy accessories and clothing Option to use two Wii Remotes or Remote with Nunchuk The bad- Focuses mainly on Boxing and only a few fitness exercises Does not automatically input weight and height or BMI Wii Balance Board works with only some exercises, not boxing Can't really customize Wii Character to look like you Cannot pause game during a workout.
