Summary
[WiiWare] Fight your way through 13 diverse locations on your own or with up to three friends in this frenetic and stylish side-scrolling action game. Play as Eduardo and his fellow toaster buddies as you fire an assortment of pastries at all kinds of dastardly food products. Hop onto laser-mounted scooters and fly across the screen in rocket packs, and learn to cooperate with your teammates or simply annoy each other in an awesomely fun way by throwing each other around the screen. The choice is up to you. [Nintendo]

Wii Brasil
Eduardo the Samurai Toaster is a true classic run-and-gun with excellent humour, soundtrack and art direction. For 800 Nintendo Points, the title is great for genre fans which already paid this for other titles. Just don't expect be on front of TV so long.

While not perfect, it provides a fun experience for multiple players, plus one of the best presentations any Wiiware title to date has received.

There are some enjoyable basics to be found here. The game construction is sound and polished; it just isn't interesting for more than a few minutes. The subtle change-ups from level to level are the only minor star of this package.

Initial impressions were of a decent game with a catchy title and clever art design. This was quickly stripped away by the repetitive levels and painful controls.

The total lack of strategy needed to beat the game, the fact that all levels play pretty much identically, the lack of any notable level design, the lack of bosses, and the total lack of difficulty, make Eduardo feel like an hour and a half long tutorial mode of a good run-and-gun platformer that is yet to be made.

Jamal C gave it a10:
This game is fantastic. The art style is amazing. And replay value is very high since you can make it as difficult as you want, and multiplayer can be super fun. For someone who appreciates samurai movies like yojimbo and seven samurai, the references in the art are a real treat. Also love the arrested development and royal tenenbaums references.
Antonio G. gave it an8:
A great Wiiware game with a distinct art style and sound design that allows up to 4 players to join in at anytime. At only 800 points it's a very fun game and a great purchase.
